WIP: GIF Animation

My intention for my GIF firstly includes a balloon. I wanted my GIF to be very cartoon-like as if the viewer was watching a preview or a commercial for a new animated TV show. The balloon will mostly be stationary, though elements on the balloon will move, as the objects around it move in a manner that gives the impression of the balloon traveling up in the sky. As it "moves" through the space, it will encounter objects that impact the motion, such as being pushed around by the wind. This WIP is still in a fairly early stage, with only the clouds and leaf/wind elements started in the animation (obviously the clouds will continue and the leaves will continue to track across the screen). The balloon will then end as it began, gently moving upwards among the clouds.
